I even had an instance where they intercepted a true roof leak and when the tenant followed up with us, stated well I told your roofer that called... This company goes about it wrong and felt the need to share to let others know. For this reason I will not use them.
Advanced Commercial Roofing calls our commercial tenants across Central Florida soliciting roof work and inspections, and then contacts us when the tenants direct them our way as landlord. I get multiple solicitation calls throughout the year from them, not to mention the various tenants calling questioning it.
These people are rude. They cold call people and when you ask a question they get snippy. I did not hear the company name so i asked again and the guy cursed at me in Spanish. Guess he thought I did not know Spanish and when I replied and asked why he would be rude like that he hung up.. good luck cold calling people being rude.
